Learn about the Myatts Field North partnership.

Welcome to the Pinnacle Myatts Field North website

We are a partnership that manages the Myatts Field North community on behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth. Today, this includes day-to-day repairs, general maintenance and housing management.

We delivered the regeneration of Myatts Field North that began in 2012 and was completed in 2017. The regeneration scheme has provided:

  • Refurbishment of 172 tenanted, leasehold and freehold properties

  • Demolition and new build of 305 tenanted and leasehold properties

  • Additional 503 private properties including 146 affordable homes

  • New community centre and park
