Our Resident Engagement work is central to our relationship with residents.
Allowing us to hear your views about our work, and supporting our aim to build our services around you.
There are a number of ways for residents to get involved with what we do, they are detailed below.
Community events are a key part of our work to build a community in Myatts Field North. You can see what events are on in the community centre this month by clicking the Events tab at the top of this page, and read a summary of our community activities during the last year by clicking here.
Estate Walkabouts
Estate walkabouts – also known as estate inspections – involve staff from Pinnacle, Rydon, Lambeth Council and Regenter walking around the estate and identifying issues that need to be sorted out.
This includes a wide range of potential issues such as repairs to grounds and communal areas, anti-social behaviour, vandalism, graffiti, litter, fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, overgrown or neglected communal areas and so on. Estate walkabouts are an essential way of finding out what you think of certain aspects of our services, and what we can do to improve them.
They also give residents the opportunity to talk to our staff and discuss issues about their estate or anything else to do with their home or tenancy. Our staff are also available to discuss any ideas and suggestions you may have for working together to help improve the area.
Would you like to join us on a walkabout? You can let us know in advance if you are coming or, you can just turn up at the meeting place, or pop out as you see us walk by. All walkabouts last about 1 - 1½ hours.
Residents’ Panel Meetings
The Residents’ Panel supports residents to monitor the day to day management of the estate, ask questions of staff from Pinnacle, Rydon and Eon and improve service delivery where they live.
The Panel meets on the last Wednesday of the month, 6.30pm on Zoom and every Regenter Myatts Field North resident is welcome to join the group.

The Happenings
The Happenings are a community development board for the Myatts Field North estate. It hosts a number of events and initiatives for the community.
