Once a month, team members from Pinnacle, Rydon, Lambeth Council and Regenter carry out a 90-minute walkaround of the whole estate to check that it’s clean and tidy, assess any repairs and maintenance issues, make sure the park is kept properly and that everything else is as it should be across our communal areas.
