Customer Satisfaction Survey: The Results are In!

Over the last month, the customer services team here have been tirelessly making calls and grabbing anyone within arms reach of the community centre to fill out our Annual Satisfaction Survey. We’re required to do this and report our findings to residents and the Regulator of Social Housing. A summary of the results are below:

Overall, the picture is fairly positive, though clearly there is work to do on communal repairs and maintenance. A number of individual issues were raised and we’ll be picking these up with individual residents. We had some lovely feedback and want to give a little credit to hard working colleagues:

• Charlene and Alexandra are an asset to the Myatts Field Centre; they are very friendly and professional, and made me feel welcome

• Gifty is amazing, very professional and extremely hard working. Accommodating at all times.

• The cleaner is excellent and the receptionist is very helpful and polite.

• Very satisfied, keep up the good work.

• The housing team work hard in a challenging environment.

• The housing team are very good and treat me very well.

Lastly, congratulations to this resident of Mostyn Road, who pocketed a cool £50 voucher and a photo with Daniela for filling out the survey!
