EON – Leak on the Underground Network

EON leak detection specialists have been carrying out thermographic surveys across the network and have come across a leak on the underground network at the back of 24 Cromwell Road (Blocks 1-10).  EON engineers have been at site reviewing the situation, which is not having an effect on the energy centre/ plant which is all up and running, so no impact to customers supply.

Trent Energy, EON leak specialists have been booked to attend site, their earliest availability to carry out remedial works is on 2nd Dec 2021. No site-wide outage is required, EON will only be isolating 24 Cromwell Road (Blocks 1-10), who they are in the process of notifying. 

Once the repair has been carried out, EON will be carrying out further thermal imaging and keeping a close eye on the site.
