Grow Your Own Day

Last month we hosted a planting event for local children in the community hall. 24 local children were each given a trug to customise with name tags and stickers, before planting tomatoes and strawberries plants in them with help from Nikki, Andra, Armant and Ciril from the Grounds Maintenance Team.

Thanks to the GM team for this lovely project, and to Lambeth Council who provided additional materials and goody bags.
