Introducing Alex

Coming to Myatts Field with a wealth of experience in Housing, Alex has assumed oversight of the housing management contract here in SW9.

Alex has held a multitude of roles at all levels of the business, has a year under her belt working on PFI’s with Pinnacle, and will be looking to continue the good work currently taking place, while also bringing her own spin to things.

‘Making an impact on people’s lives with sometimes the smallest gestures is really what drives me in this business’ Alex says ‘I’m looking forward to meeting everybody here and seeing what we can do to help and support residents’.

Introducing Andra

My name is Andra Stoicanescu. I joined the Myatts Field North team in December 2020 as a Contract Manager. I am responsible for the cleaning services across the estate, ensuring that all areas are well presented. I have over 4 years experience working within Pinnacle, in various roles. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge, which has helped me to inspire my team to achieve it’s goals through regular motivation, incentives and holding team-building activities.

I am a proactive person who gets things done and makes things happen. My strong work ethic, helps me to prevent unforeseen problems. Being a people person, ready to listen your thoughts, offering my help or guidance where it’s needed. By conducting daily estate inspections, we ensure the high standards of cleaning are always achieved and my team has all the necessary resources to perform their duties.

Together with the team, we are looking forward to building a strong relationship with the community. In my free time I love to listen music, watch movies, travel, swim, and I am in love with photography.
