Mystery Shopper: Now Recruiting!

If you’ve ever wanted to go undercover, this could be just the role for you.

We’re looking for a team of resident volunteers to quality check our services and help guide any improvements you think are necessary. We’re looking for people to phone the switchboard and visit the office with general queries and report back on how they went: were you seen to quickly, were the staff nice and friendly, were we able to help or point you in the right direction? We’d like to know.
