Pinnacle FM Estate Services offer eligible residents a convenient and cost-free bulky waste collection service, so you can responsibly dispose of those unwieldy household items that have overstayed their welcome.
What Can We Collect?
We’ll collect up to four bulky household items, including (but not limited to):
•Bed frames
•Mattresses
•Wardrobes
•Fridges and freezers
•Tables & Chairs
•Sofas …and other large, non-hazardous household goods.
•No extra fees. This service is included in your housing service charge, so you can tidy up without breaking the bank.
Pinnacle regret that we are unable to provide a property clearance service, and do not collect builders waste or waste resulting from home renovations (such as laminate flooring, carpet, kitchen units and/or worktops). These items can be disposed of at the local authority recycling centre
How It Works: Simple as 1-2-3
Contact the Housing Office Reach out to your housing office to request your collection. Let us know what items you'd like removed. You can do this by telephone 0203 771 0151, or by email mfncustomerservice@pinnaclegroup.co.uk
Wait for Confirmation Pinnacle will confirm the scheduled date for your collection. We aim to collect your items within 5 working days. Do not place items outside until the evening before your scheduled pickup. We understand you want to get rid of the items as quickly as possible, but early placement can cause obstruction and delays or may result in prosecution and/or a fine for fly tipping.
Place Items Safely On the evening before collection, move your items to a safe, accessible location (on the ground floor and to the front of the property. Choose a spot that:
Does not block roadways, pathways, driveways, or emergency exits/access
Does not create a tripping hazard or any other health & safety risk
Is clearly visible to our team but respectful of your neighbours
Please note: Placing items in communal areas before a date is confirmed or without prior arrangement is considered fly tipping. Local authorities treat this seriously, and non-compliance could result in prosecution and/or a fine of up to £1,000.
Let’s keep our community safe and tidy—legally!
Where Can You Store Bulky Items?
If you’re waiting for your collection, you’re welcome to store items in your private space only, such as:
•Inside your home
•In your private front or back garden (if you have one)
Communal areas—including hallways, stairwells, shared gardens, and bin stores—are no permitted for storage of any items. These spaces belong to everyone and keeping them clear ensures safety and accessibility for all.
Let’s Work Together for a Cleaner, Safer Community
This service is part of our commitment to helping you live comfortably in a well-maintained environment. By following these simple guidelines, you’re not just clearing clutter—you’re upholding your responsibility as part of a respectful and considerate community.
