They recently went above and beyond in support of a resident who, after some rotten luck, found themselves in the hands of our compassionate and tireless Housing and Repairs teams.
Following a serious leak from the property above, resulting in a back surge, this person’s flat was flooded with two inches of water throughout.
Once the pipe sprung a leak, our teams sprang into action, clearing the property and sending everything that could be saved to storage over two back breaking days.
This was a huge undertaking, requiring some intense negotiations with a local removals firm. Our sincere thanks to everyone involved in making the best from a worst case scenario.
