Meet our Grounds Maintenance Team

Have you ever wondered who is responsible for the maintenance and wellbeing of all the green spaces in the middle of your homes?

The answer is a simple one: Pinnacle’s Grounds and Maintenance Team and its two members Armant Tona and Ciril Baptista.

During a typical day, the team has an early start at 7:30 a.m, checking all the grassed areas to be trimmed, flower beds to be maintained and any rubbish removed, shrubs to be pruned and cleared of weeds, dried leaves collected, and other litter taken out.

After lunch the team is focused on the other communal areas of the Estate: the paths and walkways of Eythorne Park, Bourbon Square, Akerman Road submarine area, Dan Leno Gardens, making sure they are free of leaves and litter.

In between they attend any other grounds maintenance requests that have have arisen. The team is highly organised and has seasonal work plans depending on what time of year it is. Armant and Ciril are passionate about gardening and landscaping and always willing to help.
