Customer Service Satisfaction Survey 2024 - Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Terms

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions (the ‘Prize Draw T&Cs’). If you have any questions, please contact corporate.communication@pinnaclegroup.co.uk.

2. This prize draw is organised by Pinnacle Housing Limited (registration number 02246643) with registered address at 8th Floor Holborn Tower, 137-144 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6PL (the ‘Organiser’).

Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to all entrants over 18 years of age who are a resident of the Myatt’s Field North PFI community (the Organiser may request identification and/or proof of address to satisfy this requirement at their total discretion), except employees of the Organiser, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

4. By submitting your survey and entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

7. The opening date for entries is 9am on 24th November 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 2pm on 31st December 2024 (this applies to online submissions and printed copy drop-offs at Myatt’s Field Community Centre, 24 Crawshay Road, London SW9 6FZ). Entries received after this time will not be included within the prize draw.

8. To enter the prize draw either: (i) submit the online survey via https://forms.office.com/e/QHUzqL4Ts4; or (ii) post or return a printed copy of the survey to Myatt’s Field Community Centre, 24 Crawshay Road, London SW9 6FZ. To be clear, posted/ in-person delivered entries must be received by 2pm on 31st December 2024.

9. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase or pre-payment is necessary.

10. The Organiser will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

11. The three prizes will be 2 x £50 (fifty pounds) for printed copy submissions or 1 x £100 (one hundred pounds) for online submissions, in the form of a retail gift card.

12. The winners will be chosen at random on 6th January 2025.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

14. The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

15. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Prize Draw T&Cs.

Winners

16. Each winner will be notified after 6th January 2025 by post, phone and/or email (using the details provided at entry), depending on the method that was used to enter the prize draw, and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.

17. The Organiser will attempt to contact each winner up to three times.

18. If the winner does not respond to the Organiser within 10 days of being notified by the Organiser, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Organiser will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Data protection

19. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Notice (https://www.pinnaclegroup.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies).

20. The prize draw operates in line with our Privacy Notice (https://www.pinnaclegroup.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies/).

Limitation of liability

21. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

22. The Organiser does not provide any form of practical or technical support for this prize.

23. The Organiser does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw, save that the Organiser does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

24. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these Prize Draw T&Cs at any time, without prior notice.

25. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

26. The prize draw and these Prize Draw T&Cs will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
