Bramah Road Burst Water Pipe

Dear Residents,

Re: Hot water burst pipe outside 3 Bramah Road

We write to update you on the situation regarding the hot water pipe burst outside 3 Bramah Road.

The burst pipe is on the communal hot water service pipe that was detected by Thames Water this week, this has been referred to EON who manages the hot supply services.

An EON engineer has been to site and has advised us that this burst is not affecting the energy centre/ plant, which is all up and running, so there should be no impact to your hot water supply.

Works Scheduled

EON’s leak specialists Trent Energy has been commissioned to attend on Monday 21st June 2021 to investigative and identify the cause and arrange the remedial course of actions required to make good the defective pipe work.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this matter may cause you and hope to have the matter resolved as soon as possible.
