Maintenance is needed to your HIU

We need to carry out some essential maintenance to your Heat Interface Unit (HIU) to make sure it’s working as it should be. It’s important that we have access to check the safety, performance and efficiency of your HIU, so please could you contact us to make an appointment that is convenient for you. During your appointment we might need to check your meter, this is to make sure it’s working correctly and sending readings to us.

Keeping everyone safe It’s our priority to keep you and our engineers safe.

For this reason, our engineers will be fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you’re experiencing flu-like symptoms, you’re shielding or if you have any concerns, please let us know when you call and we’ll try to help.
