As our valued resident and customer, you have the ultimate say about whether we are providing you with the Customer Service that you deserve.
We are counting on you to let us know what you think about the service we bring to you. We want you to be happy about everything! And if you are not, we need to know about it, so we can fix the problem.
To help us continue to improve our service delivery, please take a moment to fill in our customer satisfaction survey, which will be delivered through your door shortly. Residents completing the survey online will be entered into a prize draw, in which there are two £50 prizes for paper submissions and a cool £100 to be won by someone who fills the form out online.
