Estate Inspections

Once a month, team members from Pinnacle, Rydon, Lambeth Council and Regenter carry out a 90-minute walkaround of the whole estate to check that it’s clean and tidy, assess any repairs and maintenance issues, make sure the park is kept properly and that everything else is as it should be across our communal areas. 

If you’d like to join an upcoming inspection, you are very welcome. Future dates are 16th May and 20th June 2023, when the team will meet at 10.30am at the community centre reception.
