Estate Inspections: Reports are Now Online

Estate inspection, aka walkabouts, happen here every month, in which estate staff and reps from Lambeth Council and Regenter pound the pavements looking at communal areas to ensure everything’s looking good and working properly. If it’s not, a record is made and it gets fixed. To give residents an idea of what happens on walkabouts, and invite further scrutiny on the upkeep of the estate, we’re now making these individual reports publicly available on the walkabout page here: Estate Walkabouts — Myatts Field North.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page and select a previous walkabout to view the report and actions.

You are all very welcome to join these inspections, details are available on the estate inspections page. The next one is 20th May 2025, meeting at the community centre at 10.30am.
