Myatts Field North: Who Does What?

Whether you’ve just moved in or have been here for decades, we know from conversations with residents, that it can be difficult to know who does what, and what is meant by the term ‘Regenter’. Here’s a quick rundown:

Services here are delivered by a number of different companies (known as a consortium), that operates under the name Regenter, on behalf of the freeholder, Lambeth Council. The contract started in May 2012 and runs until 2037.

Pinnacle Group is one of the four contractors that make up the Regenter Myatts Field North consortium and we are responsible for all aspects of housing management, this includes managing social tenancies, cleaning and grounds maintenance and the collection of service charges. We also provide resident engagement services and manage the community centre.

Rydon are responsible for all repairs and maintenance in social properties and communal areas.

Higgins were responsible for all demolition and new builds on the estate.

E.on supplied and maintain the new district heating system with electricity to heat and provide hot water to the estate.
