Project Liaison Group: Residents Wanted

In addition to monthly Residents’ Panel meetings, focussing on day to day estate management and local issues, the Myatts Field North Project Liaison Group meets quarterly and takes a broader view.

Residents and members of staff from Lambeth Council and Regenter join representatives from Pinnacle, Eon and Rydon for discussions on performance over the previous three months against our key performance indicators. These include rent arrears, number of vacant properties, any power outages, number of repairs, community events and the number and nature of complaints received during the last quarter.
