Home Grown Brixton: Cafe Update

The last couple of months has been collab’ full at the cafe. We’ve had Lauren’s Book Garden, AGE UK Magnolia Club - Dance & Movement Therapy, Jean-Marc’s Upcycled Design Show and Zoe’s weekly Crochet Workshop.

Unfortunately our ‘Big Picnic’ collaboration with Pinnacle was a bit of a wet one, however, we still managed to have smiles and fun in the cafe with those who attended.

Up next, we’re having a little break, with the cafe closing from Sat 23rd August, re-opening on Weds 3rd September. Then we’ll be having the following events…

·       Every Tuesday Zoe’s Crochet Workshop

·       26th September Macmillan Coffee Morning

·       1st October Home Grown @ Myatts Corner Cafe 1st Anniversary Children's Party

·       7th - 18th October Something Others Want - Black History Month Craft Exhibition, plus meet Zoe the designer on 7th, 11th, & 18th

·       November (Date TBC) AGE UK Magnolia Club - Dance & Movement Therapy

·       …and to end the year December will be all things Christmas!
